Play Therapy

Play therapy is a form of therapy primarily used with children where play is utilized as a means of communication and self-expression. Through play, children can explore and work through their feelings, experiences, and challenges, while therapists observe and facilitate the therapeutic process. Our therapist is a Registered Play Therapist and sees children age 12 years and older.

It provides a safe space for self-expression and exploration of personal challenges under the guidance of a trained therapist.

Flow and Let Go

Flow and Let Go is an interactive workshop for teams and groups to improve stress management. It combines practical skills and guided movement to help participants connect with their mind and body. It is taught by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Trauma Informed Certified Yoga Trainer.
